A Strand of Hope Counseling LLC provides trauma informed therapy for individuals and couples across Texas through a safe, collaborative, and compassionate approach. The practice specializes in couples therapy using the Gottman Method, infidelity repair, premarital counseling, emotional abuse recovery, infertility support, grief counseling, and somatic and IFS informed therapy. We offer both weekly sessions and specialized virtual couples intensives. Our mission is to create a space where people feel respected, understood, and supported as they heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves and their relationships.
