Temporary 123

Temporary 123 is a nationwide provider of temporary facility and mobile trailer rental solutions for construction projects, disaster response, government agencies, industrial operations, remote workforce housing, and special events.

The digging turns up a real inventory. Temporary 123 rents and leases the physical parts of a temporary camp: sleeper trailers in 21 and 24 bed configurations, mobile kitchen and dishwashing trailers, refrigeration trailers at 12 and 20 feet, refrigerated and dry storage containers at 20 and 40 feet, plus restroom, shower, laundry, breakroom, office, command centre and decontamination units, many also available in containerised versions. Accessories cover generators, ramps and stairs, dumpsters, freshwater and wastewater tanks and porta potties. Dining halls come as tent structures, with a standard A frame and a wider arcum model.

On top of the hardware sits a service layer. Temporary 123's complete and semi turnkey packages bundle expedited permit acquisition, equipment set-up, food service design and management, catering, housekeeping, ground levelling, debris and snow removal, fuel delivery, fresh water, emergency power and spill cleanup. A government menu covers emergency response, correctional facilities, schools, law enforcement and the military. There is also an order tracking page and a planning tool, neither of them standard equipment on rental sites in this trade. The pitch is simple: a client with a hospital kitchen knocked offline by renovation, or a crew working far from any town, makes one call, day or night, and receives a functioning camp.

The states and cities directory

If the offer sounds comprehensive, the way the site is built gives more pause. Every page ends in an enormous directory titled States and Cities We Served: hundreds of linked localities per state, major conurbations and tiny towns alike, all pointing at templated local pages. A separate cluster repeats the phrase man camp in a dozen minor variations, for rent, for lease, oilfield, mining, turnkey, and one of those pages sits at a malformed web address with a stray space in it. The navigation even misspells law enforcement. All of this is search engine plumbing, and it crowds out the information a serious buyer came for.

The oddest artefact of all is the About Us page. It holds no company history, no names, no location and no photographs of the fleet, only the same city directory sitting under an About Us title. The contact page claims 23 years of experience, while the Better Business Bureau file for the affiliated kitchens company records 14 years in business, and the two figures sit uneasily next to each other. For a company courting hospitals and government agencies, Temporary 123 wastes that page.

The GSA schedule and the capability statement

It is in the government section that the substance concentrates. Temporary 123 publishes a GSA Multiple Award Schedule contract number together with a CAGE code and a unique entity identifier, details a buyer can verify against federal procurement databases. Those identifiers trace to a registered federal entity in Venice, California, the same registration the kitchens brand uses. The schedule page itself appears word for word on at least half a dozen affiliated rental domains, which bears out the family resemblance the header hints at. Few small rental outfits publish this much verifiable identity, and it partly offsets the missing street address elsewhere on the site.

The downloadable capability statement goes further, naming past clients with dollar figures attached: a five-month kitchen rental for Good Shepherd Health Care System in Oregon billed at $307,585, and a four-month deployment at the Fort Lee military base in Virginia at $408,482. A smaller $22,000 CALFIRE job in Temecula appears as well. One of the two hospital testimonials on the Temporary 123 homepage names that same Good Shepherd system, so the praise lines up with a documented contract rather than looking invented.
