They know the city and its history better than anyone. Fab 4 Taxi Tours all started after seeing a bus tour travelling down Penny Lane stuck in the traffic. There wasn't a great deal of opportunity to take pictures and people where leaning to each side of the bus. So the idea was borne to create a more personalized tour using more accessible taxi's.
